<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:9pt;color:black;font-family:Verdana;">Cuci dan bersihkan bebek hingga kering, sisihkan.</span><span style="font-size:9pt;font-family:Verdana;"></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:9pt;color:black;font-family:Verdana;">Campur semua bumbu yang dihaluskan dengan minyak goreng di dalam baskom.  Aduk hingga merata.</span><span style="font-size:9pt;font-family:Verdana;"></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:9pt;color:black;font-family:Verdana;">Oleskan bumbu di atas di bagian luar bebek.  Lalu masukkan sisa bumbu semua ke dalam perut bebek.</span><span style="font-size:9pt;font-family:Verdana;"></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:9pt;color:black;font-family:Verdana;">Tutup bagian belakang bebek yang terbuka dengan tusuk sate. </span><span style="font-size:9pt;font-family:Verdana;"></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:9pt;color:black;font-family:Verdana;">Bungkus bebek tersebut dengan daun pisang hingga rapat lalu dikukus selama 50 menit.</span><span style="font-size:9pt;font-family:Verdana;"></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:9pt;color:black;font-family:Verdana;">Angkat bebek yang sudah dikukus lalu masukkan ke dalam oven yang terlebih dahulu dipanaskan dengan temperatur 350ºF selama 30 menit.</span><span style="font-size:9pt;font-family:Verdana;"></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:9pt;color:black;font-family:Verdana;">Lepaskan daun pisang pembungkus lalu potong kecil-kecil daging bebek tersebut dan dihidangkan bersama isinya. </span><span style="font-size:9pt;font-family:Verdana;"></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:9pt;color:black;font-family:Verdana;">Jika bebek matang, dagingnya akan sangat lembut dan bisa terlepas dari tulangnya dengan mudah.</span><span style="font-size:9pt;font-family:Verdana;"></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:9pt;color:black;font-family:Verdana;">Catatan: Rasa bebek betutu ini akan lebih enak jika pemanggangan dilakukan di atas arang daripada menggunakan oven.   Tapi, jika menggunakan arang, jangan lupa untuk membalikkan bebek beberapa kali supaya matang dan bumbu meresap dengan merata.</span><span style="font-size:9pt;font-family:Verdana;"></span></p>

<p><strong>Cara olah :</strong><br />
Panaskan oven 175C.<br />
Baluri bebek dengan bumbu halus, lalu atur di pirex / kotak aluminium sekali pakai.<br />
Tutup rapat pirex dengan aluminium foil, lalu masukkan oven dan masak selama 1,5 jam.<br />
Setelah 1,5 jam buka tutup aluminiumnya, panggang lagi sampai kulit kecoklatan. Kalau gak sabar ganti dengan api atas / broil sehingga proses lebih cepat tapi harus diawasi terus jangan sampai gosong.<br />
Hidangkan dengan nasi putih dan sisa bumbu yang mengendap.</p>

</strong>250 gr sayur asin<br />
400 gr tahu<br />

1000 cc santan<br />
2 sendok teh garam<br />
1 sendok teh gula</p>
<p><strong>Bumbu yang dihaluskan</strong>:<br />
5-6 butir bawang merah, atau 1/2 bagian bawang bombay<br />
2 buah cabai merah, atau 1/4 bagian bell pepper merah</p>
<p><strong>Cara membuat</strong>:<br />
1. Sayur asin dicuci bersih, lalu diiris. Tahu digoreng tapi jangan sampai terlalu kering. Udang segar dicuci bersih, buang kulitnya.<br />
2. Bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan ditumis dengan 1-2 sendok makan minyak di panci yang cukup besar. Tumis sampai wangi, lalu masukkan udang, aduk sampai udang berubah warna. Tambahkan sayur asin dan air. Didihkan.<br />
3. Masukkan santan, masak dengan api sedang sambil diaduk-aduk supaya santan tidak pecah. Didihkan lagi, lalu masukkan tahu goreng, garam dan gula. Cicipi. Setelah itu baru masukkan taoge. Hidangkan.</p>

<p><strong><span style="color:#993399;">CARA MEMBUAT:<br />
</span></strong>1. Buat bakso: haluskan bawang putih, merica, dan garam. Giling daging hingga halus. Campur dengan tepung sagu, bumbu halus, telur, dan<br />
air es. Aduk rata sambil dibanting-banting. Ambil 1/3 adonan untuk isian tahu.<br />
2. Didihkan air, lalu matikan apinya. Buat bulatan bakso dua macam, satu besar dan satu kecil. Celupkan dalam rebusan air. Lakukan sampai habis.<br />
3. Masak kembali hingga baksonya mengapung, angkat, tiriskan.<br />

<p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span style="font-size:9pt;font-family:Verdana;">Cara membuatnya:</span></strong><span style="font-size:9pt;font-family:Verdana;"><br />
Campur bumbu halus dengan daging kambing dan buatlah bulatan memanjang (menyerupai bakso tapi agak memanjang). Tusuk tiap bulatan dengan 1 tusuk sate lalu bungkus bulatannya dengan aluminium foil dan kukus hingga matang. Buang aluminium foilnya dan bakar atau panggang sebentar. Campur semua bahan untuk sambal kecap dan sajikan sate dengan sambal kecap.</span><span style="font-size:9pt;font-family:Verdana;"></span></div>

1 ruas jari kunyit<br />
1 sdt garam<br />

<p><strong>Cara olah :</strong><br />
Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum. Tambahkan serai, daun jeruk dan jahe.<br />
Masukkan potongan tulang berdaging, aduk-aduk hingga berubah warna.<br />
Tuangi air, masak hingga daging empuk dan bumbu meresap. Jika kuahnya dirasa kurang, tambahkan air panas secukupnya. Aduk rata lalu angkat.<br />
Sajikan.</p>
